  1. TwtUpon is provided to you in an confirmed "as-is" basis, and does not provide any guarantee of it's uptime, service performance or stability. It is offered to you in the limited condition that you follow our Terms Of Service, and that you are using the service under a 'customer' representation.
  2. Advertisements will be displayed in common places for high conversions, but we may terminate access to users who attempt to remove advertisements using software provided by other services.
  3. You agree that you will not use robots, or any sort of machine to harvest or modify information from TwtUpon. Any sort of malicious activity being caught will be automatically terminated permanently, and we will not reinstate any accounts which are affected during the ban unless proven false.
  4. We reserve the right to deny any user access to TwtUpon, which may include bad influences, protestive accounts, spam accounts, reproductive content, or using public models in an unappropriate way.
  5. TwtUpon is a individual company, and is no way affiliated with Twitter or it's subsidaries. We are representing TwtUpon under a 'personal' state, and we are using public integration services within TwtUpon for Twitter.
  6. Accounts which are suspended will cost $30 to be reinstated with a clean account status. Second suspensions will be only be removed automatically after 60 days of activity date, and any further thereafter will not be reinstated indefinately.
  7. We are not held responsible for the damages, or losses made by TwtUpon or it's users to your account. However, we will ensure that all account activity is logged and resolutions to any abuse is recorded and prevented using our powerful security infrastructure.
  8. We (Representing "TwtUpon", "The Service") reserve the full authority to modify any part of our site or agreements at any time, with or without any prior notice to those affected.
